This has got to be one of the cutest crafts I have ever made! I am absolutely in love with this Adorable Rocking Frog Craft. It’s so pretty and so easy to make! And it’s a perfect prop for the very famous book Froggie Went Hopping by Eric Carle. If you don’t know already I am a big fan of Eric Carle books.

Materials Required For Adorable Rocking Frog
- Green construction paper
- Red construction paper
- Big googly eyes
- Glue
- Scissors
How To Make Adorable Rocking Frog
This is a super easy paper craft to make. All you need is some green crafting paper and a tiny piece of red crafting paper. Use any circular object to trace a circle on the green crafting paper.
Cut out the green circle and fold it into a semi circle. Next cut out two D shaped green pieces for the base of the googly eyes. Stick these on the crease of the semi circle you just cut. 
Now stick large googly eyes. For the tongue cut out a thin strip of red crafting paper and wrap it around a pencil. This gives it the curl effect we want. Finally paste it on the frog. And Voila! your Adorable Rocking Frog Craft is ready now.
Rocking Frog Craft (Step by Step Instructions)
This adorable Rocking Frog Craft is perfect for Preschoolers and Toddlers. Even older kids love making it and playing with it.
Materials
- Green Crafting Paper
- Red Crafting Paper

Instructions
- Cut out a green circle using green construction paper.
- Cut out two D shaped piece. This is for base of the googly eyes of the frog.
- Next cut out a thin strip of red construction paper. Wrap it around a pencil to give it the look of a frogs tongue.
- Now fold your green circle into half. You will get a semi circle.
- Paste the green eyes on the crease part. As you can see in the pictures.
- Now paste the big googly eyes on them.
- Finally stick the red tongue on the frog craft.
Notes
You can use any circular object to trace a perfect circle on the green crafting paper. Also its important to wrap the red strip around a pencil to give it a curl for a natural look.
