Super Easy Mermaid Craft Finger Puppet

Is it just me or are Easy Mermaid Craft the new rage! I am just absolutely in love with these magical creatures. And don’t we all need some magic in our lifes!

We couldn’t wait and make our own take on the Mermaid Crafts craze. Now my daughter is a huge fan of pretend play and she can be at it for hours on end.

So it seemed logical to make these Super Easy Mermaid Craft Finger Puppets with free printable pattern. Now we ended up trying 4 different versions of our mermaids. Feel free to try anyone of them or all of them.

Materials for Super Easy Mermaid Craft Finger Puppet

• mermaid craft pattern (free printable)
• Craft paper (white)
• Pencil colours
• Coloured paper
• Glitter paper
• Black marker
• Glue
• Scissors

How to make Super Easy Mermaid Craft Finger Puppet

 

1. Print out the free printable pattern of the mermaid craft. (Though its definitely not necessary. You can easily draw your own mermaids).

2. Now cut out the free printable pattern of the mermaid craft and trace it on your plain white craft paper. And cut out your traced drawing.

4. To make it into a Puppet you need to cut a strip of paper. Fold it and glue it in a circle and paste it at the back of your mermaid as shown below.

3. Now the choice is yours. Be as creative as you can in dressing up your mermaid.

Your Super Easy Mermaid Craft Finger Puppet is ready now. You can have hours of fun with this awesome pretend play craft.

By the way a very dear friend of mine said she will make these into bookmarks! Now isn’t that a fabulous idea.
